AVIXO Consulting exists to help owners make sense of situations like these before committing more time, money or effort in the wrong direction.
We start with the problem, look at the information already available and work out what deserves attention first.
Why this approach
Started in operations
Muhammad Firdaus began in engineering and operations, where decisions had practical consequences. Improving performance meant understanding the numbers, the people and the constraints—not just producing a recommendation.
From operations to business decisions
The work gradually moved from improving individual systems to a bigger question: where should the business focus next?

That became the idea behind AVIXO Consulting: start with what is happening in the business, use the information available to understand why, and then decide what is worth doing.
Sometimes that leads to a change in priorities. Sometimes deeper analysis or a practical tool helps. The answer depends on the problem—not on a predefined consulting package.
AVIXO Consulting is founder-led. Muhammad Firdaus works directly with business owners and leaders rather than handing the problem through layers of a consulting team.
The aim is simple: understand the situation, challenge the assumptions, use the best information available and help you make a better-informed decision.
If the evidence says the business should change direction, we say so. If it says something is working, we do not invent a problem to justify more work.
